LEWIS HEALTH CENTER 

Lewis Health Center provides Lewis County and the surrounding area with outpatient health care and wellness services, including primary care for adults and children, imaging, laboratory and physical therapy. Physicians and nurse practitioners with Maury Regional Medical Group provide primary care at Lewis Health Center, complemented by well-trained clinical and support staff. 

Primary care, laboratory and X-ray services are available during all hours of operation. In addition to care for adults, specialized pediatric care is offered by appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday. To schedule a primary care appointment, call 931.796.4901. Other services include:

In addition to accepting most insurance, Lewis Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center site. This practice offers a sliding fee scale for patients who are uninsured or underinsured and whose family income is below 200% of the federal poverty level.

In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient's medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual's life, we can better care for the complexities associated with chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR LEWIS COUNTY

Because Lewis Health Center is not an emergency facility, you should always call 911 in the event of a medical emergency. Emergency medical services in Lewis County are provided by Maury Regional EMS.
